1/30/2019 - More Fixes
SolarT's AvatarFixed forum registration. Couldn't figure out why it was broken, but a reinstall of the board scripts and templates fixed that! E-mail Activations now work. Make sure you check your junk mail if it doesn't appear in the inbox

Restructuring the comics section some so each comic uses the site's template instead of remnants of older site designs or partially broken sub-sites

1/25/2019 - Twenty Years!?
SolarT's AvatarI just realized today, Sonicverse Team is officially twenty years old this year! Sadly, we're no where near our former glory, but anyone that still comes by, let's all have a drink to celebrate the good times. I dedicate my next can of soda to all of you artists and writers who have honored SVT with your time. Past, present and hopefully future!

The news feeder is so ancient, it's completely broken in the new PHP versions. It's literally loaded with depreciated code. So I rigged a temp fix so the news still loads on the home page, but for more detailed news and updates, you should check the forums for now. I won't be updating the front page much until I fix the news script or replace it completely.

1/21/2019 Another year past!
SolarT's AvatarHas it really been a year since my last post? Time really does fly. Especially when you have a busy life. Hopefully everyone' had an eventual and fufilling holiday season and a great start to a new year!

For anyone who still visits SVT, I thank you. You, and my own nostalgia are why I keep this site functional and available. I even still have hopes of one day seeing more traffic.

That said, our art gallery is currently bugged badly. Something is seriously broken with Coppermine, and I'm working on figuring out what and fixing it. All art is still there and available. I keep database backups, so nothing gets lost. But even after an update to the newest PHP 7.2 friendly build, things are partially broke. Don't worry though, as I'll get it fixed somehow.

The forums are also having a weird issue, and it's not just SVT, but any Simple machine forum I visit. When logging in, you may have to click the Login link first, instead of using the quick login box at the top. Quick login is giving a timeout error that I'm also looking into.

1/1/2018 - Happy New Year
SolarT's AvatarHappy New Year to you all and hope you had a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and so on. Here's to a new year, new adventures and more!
